About Me

I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
First, let me say that if you really want to know more about me, you would be much better suited to look at my livejournal:
http://pbandy34.livejournal.com
Second, I'm not too complicated a man. I was born and raised in NJ, but recently bought a townhouse out in PA and live there. I still make frequent trips back to NJ because my friends and family are here and my heart is still in NJ and always will be.
I've been suffering from an unidentifiable illness since the time I was 5 and over the past year, I have had 9 doctors trying to pinpoint what exactly is attacking my body. None of them can explain WHY anything is happening, only WHAT is happening. I'm hoping for an end to all of this soon, but that doesn't seem likely.
I'm a sports fanatic. That's not even the right way to say that. Take sports fanatic and multiply it by 7 and then you have me. My teams are as follows: The New York Yankees, the Miami Dolphins, the New Jersey Devils, and The New York Knicks. I tell people that the crowning achievement of my life is when my friends and I were in Continental Airlines Arena for game 7 in 2003 when the Devils won the Stanley Cup, yep folks, this is the kind of thing that I'm most proud of.
I used to be quite the partier, but now with this illness combined with my age and my mortgage, I've slowed down to a crawl. Or to be more speicific, I don't even drink, anymore. I don't miss it too much as I cna still have a great time, but it would be nice to be able to drink with my friends and stuff. Hopefully this crap illness stuff will be over soon and I can start again.
I work for IBM Transport and Logistics. It's a consulting firm. I work on their Maersk account. Maersk is the largest container shipping company in the world, they're based out of Denmark. They are by far the largest shipping company in the world, I'm sure if you saw their white star on a blue backgroung ensignia, you'd recognize them. When you see one, say thank you because that thing is paying my bills.
My life is of full devotion to my friends and family. There is very little that I wouldn't do for them. They've helped me through some of the most difficult times (like this past year) of my life, the least I can do is love them for the rest of my life.
I'm silly, but can take things very serious. I'm incredibly emotional, but try and cover up the fact that I am. I try and make light of most situations, at many times coming off stupid or inappropriate. I think laughter is the greatest invention of all time. I'm a sucker for women and have trouble saying "no" to those I care about. I trust people very easily and it's led me into bad places.
For the majority of my life, I've been called "Paul" and I can't stand it. My name is Paulash. Learn it. It's not too hard to pronounce. It's not as if I'm being asked to be referred to by my last name.
Chances are that you didn't read a word of this. Probably because a) you already know who I am and realize that I can't be defined by a few short paragraphs on myspace or b) you kind of knew me at some point in the past and are just trying to add me as your friend to "up your myspace numbers" which we all do. Come on! That's the point of this whole thing, isn't it???
