Disaster in Progress

About Me

A geek chic revivalist who loves intelligent and compelling music, witty writing and chocolate. Big fan of the Smiths and the Police, and Paul Westerburg, They Might Be Giants, Charlie Parker, This American Life, the Heiroglyphics, Pink Martini, Harry Belafonte and the inimitable Rakim. I recently moved to Portland from Connecticut and am enjoying the discovery process as I learn more and more about the area's hidden treasures: musical, artistic and natural. I have spent the last few years building up an immunity to iocane powder.

My Interests
