About Me

What can I tell you about myself? Well I'm definitely not who I used to be. Definitely not the same shy person I used to be in high school..I'm little more outspoken, I tend to babble a little too much, and love to laugh a lot. I have great friends, an awesome family and an even great God! He amazes me everyday! I've changed so much throughout this year after turning to God. He's given me such hope & I am in awe of him every day. There is no love great than His! I gone from a fake smile and doing everything I can just to hold the tears inside from rejoicing in each new day. Thats not to say that each day is great because I still have tough times but now I lean on God & my wonderful circle of friends & family and I look forward to the path that God has ahead for me!

Our Lord, God in Heaven...but till then I'll settle for great people who can bring positive light in my life but more importantly people that I can share that same positive light with.

Music:

This playlist is of songs in one way or another make me think of my daughter =)
I love my Tejano music...my favorite is Ram Herrera..I try to catch his shows as much as I can. I'm not able to go as much as I used to be but I try to catch him a few times a year still. =) But I love anything from Kenny Chesney to Nelly Furtado to Hillsong.

Movies:

I like comedies mostly, don't like scary movies I'm too much of a scaredy cat. :) My favorite movies are La Bamba (don't laugh), Selena, The X-Men Movies, The Lord of the Ring Movies, Little Miss Sunshine, Freedom Writers, Jay

Books:

I'm currently reading the Bible page to page but I also enjoy reading anything from inspirational to autobiographical. As long as it can keep my attention I will read it.

Heroes:

My daughter....she was and always will be the person that came into my life the shortest time and yet gave so much more than you could ever expect from anyone.
