The Thompson Twins were a 1980s band from Britain that made music primarily in the New Wave/ Electronica genre. They had many hits, some of which had appeared on many movies including "If You Were Here," on Sixteen Candles. During their time as a group, they recorded 11 albums, the most popular being "Into The Gap" which was released in early 1984.
