Create Your Own!My name is Shonjrell, I am 26 years old, a Christmas Baby, and from a small town called New Bern, North Carolina. I have been blessed with numerous opportunities in my life which has brought me to the place in life today. I have many talents, but at the peak of them would most likely be my artisitic ability of drawing and painting. I attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and majored in Biology and Art History... wanting to become an Endodontist...which takes years of work and dedication :) but it is worth it, and still part of my goals! I finally moved back to my hometown, and was blessed with a great job opportunity. So much has happened over the years, and now I am currently the continuous improvement coordinator for BSH Home Appliances Corporation USA, well known for Bosch, Siemens, or Thermador home appliances. What is that you ask? I plan and coordinate all promotional events throughout the Year's theme, in which our new theme is "The Year of Production Systems". I am also in charge of an Ideas program that I created and will roll out in all US factories called the "Field of Ideas", which combines the concept of baseball with associates submitting their ideas and getting rewarded. Back in 2006, I have started the program in two of our factories, and in 2007 I started the program in our Dishwasher factory and Tennesse factory, the only place left is Huntington Beach! This program has taken me as far as Spain back in September 06 to meet other colleagues that are running Idea Programs, and I participated in our international meeting in Munich Germany in Nov. 07 to represent the USA! It is great to see my program make a difference and that it is really coming to life, and how my co-workers are participating with something I created that was just a sketch on paper two years ago, I am very proud of them! My goal is to have my program roll out throughout all US factories, then I will feel content. I am now 26 years old, but still the youngest associate in our corporate offices, and there are a lot of responsibilities as far as stress, and how to act professional in regards to others taking you seriously in the corporate world, but I will hold my head up high in 2008! I am fun loving, atheletic, and very spontaneous. This year I am training for a USA Beauty Pageant, and my first qualification round will be in May, so wish me luck! I've always loved the world of modeling right as well, but do not know which route I would like to take with my career, hopefully I will take the right path :) At Mom's house after the GYM!
