Avis

Chelmsford based Avis were formed in 2003 and have had various line ups along the road. Now with their strongest line up ever they are turning heads in all the right places. The members have all been playing in bands for around the past 5 years. They have played with many prestigious acts, some of wich include Fei Commodo, Ayrton, Halo Mobilo, Mr Happy Chainsaw, Pitchblend, Cousin Joey, Belisha, Solis and Blue circle to name just a few. Work on their anticipated second E.P 'Breaking through the barriers' was completed in January of 2005 propelling the bands status in the industry, with hit track 'Never of wished' climbing to number 5 in the Partytown radio station's indie band countdown. Playing venues such as The Garage in london along with many discussions with top indie record labels, this band are definately one to look out for in 2007.
