About Me

Started my own business in 2004 and I've buried my head in the sand to avoid the distractions of life keeping my ambitions and dreams firmly motivated. I've now got to a point where I need to unleash myself upon the world once more, summers almost here and its time to start having some serious playtime again.I've travelled and enjoyed a lot of city breaks around europe and i'm looking for some fun people in the world to inspire me to visit and show me their world. ..

My Interests

Anything that gets the blood pumping (ooops I'm not being naughty ....honest), Martial arts (Tae-Kwon-Do), Archery (Just started), Kayaking, Bungees, Hiking, Camping, Cycling, TRAVELLING (Wandering aimless but with direction). Design, contemporary furniture and graphics, animation and illustration. Architecture - especially in new cities that I haven't seen yet. Fine food and wine (sometimes to excess). Dancing like a monkey on the dance floor but only if its very very good music otherwise I'm not interested!!

Music:

Very varied......tastes are always changing. Mainstream isn't really doing it for me anymore. Electronica, Breakbeat, Chilled, Ambient....hmm let me think......Cinematic Orchestra, Kruder & Dorfmeister, DJ Shadow, Dimitri From Paris, I Am Kloot, Plaid, Boards Of Canada, Prefuse 73, Gotan Project, Mr. Scruff, Jeff Buckley, Orbital, Madrugada, Pink Floyd, James Lavelle, Ian Brown, Badly Drawn Boy, Manotoba

Movies:

Old Boy (Korean -One of the best I've seen, but be warned very dark!!!) Battle Royale, Y Tu Mama Tabien, City of Gods, Hero, House of Flying Daggers, Blow, Napolean Dynamite, Matrix, Kill Bill, Almost Famous, Goodbye Lenin, Wild at Heart, The Big Blue, Lost in Translation

Television:

Not for me thanks. I've spend far too much time in front of a TV in my youth and now spend my screen staring time in front of a computer.

Books:

Wilbur Smiths, The River God, Seventh Scroll and The Warlock are a must for anyone who needs to escape from it all and let the imagination run wild. The usual travel stuff, Alchemist & Celestine Prochecy, Catch 22 (Genius!!!) , Dice man, Mario Puzo's the Godfather and Only Fools Die. Nighteen Eighty Four....

Heroes:

Anyone who manages to push back the boundaries of their field, those you have unlimited amounts of energy, people of outstanding character and those who stick to what they believe in!!!!! Basically I have a lot of respect for many of the friends I have around me especially Mike and Steve....x
