Depressed and Lonely

About Me

Layout made by

I am a 35 year old mother of four. I have 3 girls and one son. My son has special needs. I graduated college as an RN. I haven't done a lot of nursing as I have been at home raising my kids. What nursing I have done was in the Geriatric Field. I have always enjoyed working with the elderly and have great respect for them. I have just recently moved to a small rural town to a bigger and older house. I am enjoying it. I have to say I am still a bit different. I am a Christian-Wiccan. I know you are saying.. you can't be both.. but I am and am managing to blend the two well.I do have 4 piercings and one tattoo on my ankle of a Triquetra Celtic Knot.

My Interests

WICCA "THE CRAFT"- - - - The Craft is not for everyone. It is not for people with chips on their shoulders or beefs against Christianity. It is not for folks who ride high on power trips or step on others to achieve success. It's not for bigots, or braggarts, or those too big for their britches. It simply isn't built that way. Neither is it a role playing game. It isn't canned magic, or flying in the air, or snapping lightning from your fingertips. This sort of stuff is better left in movies. The craft is accepting, and loving. It's gentle, unobtrusive nad supportive. It's an ethical way of life that once embraced brings immeasurable joy and wonder to everyday and living. The Craft is a serious religion. Wicca is an Earth religion and instead of worshipping in the confines of a church building, we often hold our rituals outdoors. We celebrate the changing of the seasons and the beauty of the sun, moon and stars. We live in harmony with nature and believe all things--- even immature things such as stones have life and spirit and purpose equal to our own. - - - - - - - - - - - This came from the book "The Craft" A Witch's Book Of Shadows by Dorothy MorrisonCURRENT MOON moon phase info

Music:

I like all kinds of music. I am still very much a lover of 80's music such as Depeche Mode, The Cure, Echo and The Bunnymen, New Order, Siouxie and the Banshees, The Cult, Violent Femmes, Sex Pistols and The Smiths.I also like Rob Zombie and anything punk or alternative. I love Celtic music. I love Enya and Kate Bush. I love Within Temptation. I am open to all kinds of music and don't limit myself.

Movies:

I love comedy and horror movies. The freakiest movie I have ever seen is House of 1000 Corpses. That was just really weird, but I absolutely loved it lol The most recent horror movie I saw was the most recent Underworld. It was really good. I have enjoyed horror movies since I was young. I know it is very strange. I also love any Vampire movie. Also, The Gingersnaps Trilogy was awesome as well as BloodRayne, Saw, SawII and many more. It just gets too hard to count after a while lol

Television:

I have to admit I am a lover of the BBC. My most favourite show on television is Coronation Street. I can't miss it ever lol I also like Charmed, Law and Order Special Victims Unit, Blade the Series, Six Feet Under and Hex.

Books:

My two favourite authors are Ann Rice and Stephen King. I love any books to do with Wicca or magick in general and any books on gemstones.

Heroes:

I have a lot of respect for Paramedics, EMT, Firefighters and Police Officers. Those are jobs that require a person to put their lives on the line for others repeatedly.a href="http://www.blinkyou.com"
