I could not live without music. It's what gets me through the day. I love rock, but I listen to almost everything (except polka). I have a song in my head for every ocassion and every mood I go through. Depending on the day, and in no certain order it could be Breaking Benjamin, Alice in Chains, the Shore, Coldplay, Staind, Marilyn Manson, Silverchair, AFI, Willie Nelson ( and all the highwaymen for that matter), Matchbox 20, Smashing Pumpkins, the Sundays, Damien Rice, older Metallica, U2, B 52's, Tool, Perfect Circle, Chemical Brothers, Daft Punk, Usher, Story of the Year, the Vines, Thursday, Moments in Grace, Snow Patrol, Saves the Day, The Rolling Stones, Incubus, Poe, Three Days Grace, My Chemical Romance, Dresden Dolls, Trapt, Nirvana, Taproot, BB King, Deftones, The Stills, John Mayor, Norah Jones, Ben Harper, Thornley, Radiohead, Butch Walker, Evanescence, Johnny Cash, Depeche Mode, Erasure, Madonna, old Janet Jackson, Franz Ferdinand, Alicia Keys, Linkin Park, Chevelle, The Beatles, Faktion, Tears for Fears, Elton John, Scissor Sisters, Oasis, DMB, Alien Ant Farm, Taking Back Sunday, NIN, or Disturbed... just to name a few, I could go on and on but i'll stop here for now... although Im finding new bands I like everyday
There are so many more I couldn't find posters for: Princess Bride, The Never Ending Story( the original, 2 just wasn't near as good), GOONIES!!, Ghostbusters lol, almost all wanna be scary movies! the Grudge, Darkness Falls, The Ring 1 & 2, White Noise, anything that makes me jumpy for a couple hours is good in my book! Oh and I've seen every Scooby Doo movie ever made to =)!..
When I actually take time to watch.. LOST, Family Guy , Adult Swim! CSI, Finding Jordan's and Heros. Pretty much anything on the Discovery channel too.
I love to read. I have all the classics they force you to read in high school and the first years of college. That warped side I mentioned earlier really enjoyed the sipmlistic insanity of Brave New World by Audous Huxley. I have a classic poerty collection ( Poe, Wordsworth, Lord Byron, Dickenson, Mya Angelou, you know, the usual). I'd like to get into more contemporary artist some time soon. But the kid in me craves epic fition. My dad, stylin back in the day!!..
Not to say I don't admire the qualities of certain people but like the song says " all my HEROS are dead and gone"
