Ghoodfellaz

So I was like chillin' in class…this is at college like one of the first couple of days and I’m at a table with this punk kid Gary, who is in a band called Ricker…I’m chillin' and his doing what any other nu kid at a nu place does, trying to be cool and get in with the “in crowd” some one on the other side of him asks…”yes Gaz I heard you can beatbox can ya beat box y4eah?” Gaz being the dude he is starts going for it dropping a beat box with a snare only I thought was super wicked…I think to myself… “rah howz he do dat” looking at the technique he uses to get that dry sounding yet hard hitting snare. Attempting to do this I start incorporating my snare which is a tight funk like snare executed by releasing air from your tongue bouncing off of ya upper mouth area, we collaborate for a good 2 minutes loving the vibes, we start doing what musicians do and try to learn how to improve our skills from each other at which point B (Kyle) comes through the door Laurie in front of him (They where pretty much inseparable in college, B always got her to sing for us and we beatboxed). Gaz mentions the fact the he had never heard a snare like Kyle’s (B-tek)…have you? I retort frustrated to this comment saying “Nah he don’t beat box does he” To which I ask B the questions, he replies “yeah” confidently and that’s pretty much how the Ghoodfellaz started…we been sharing ideas, making beats he taught me a lot with the Hip Hop and I returned the favour with the RnB and we still are collaborating as an act to attain the ultimate prime to our skills and become the ultimate entertainers! “JTP_V1” ** Ghoodfellaz are a three piece Act all living in da hood in Manchester UK Longsight (JTP Version_1, Beswick (B-Tek) & Salford (L.A "Laurie Ashton"). Instead of sending the same stereotypical message...the Ghoodfellaz aim to put the Good in Hood and visa versa creating rythms which not only appeal to an audience into Hip Hop but mixing it up with sum rythm n Blues! These guys just dont rapp, they sing, dance and beatbox too...aim...to show there's another world outside the Box of London which is JT's Birth place.
