Vanessa. That's me.Yep.I'm eighteen. Going into the Air Force. I'm incredibly excited about doing so. Therefore, I insist you try your absolute best not rain on my parade. (Not that I'd really care what you have to say anyway). I'm a pretty sharp individual. With the exception of some aspects of my life. There's just some days where I'm a complete dingbat. Take it or leave it. At least I'll make you laugh while doing so though. And I'd be more than happy to.

My Interests

Starting my life. Thoughtless, long runs. Green tea fraps with Dabo. Random trips to San Diego in cars that over heat. Salsa & Merengue (Dancing). Stealing recipes from Foodnetwork. Getting lost in books. Writing word barf (aka poetry). Drar-wing. Painting. Boba tea outtings with Kim and Emmy. Photography. Being in the good company of friends.. even if they are a little on the insane side.

Everything. Except.. Polka.

Movies:

Everything and anything. Actions, comedies, horror, sci-fi, westerns, old movies, the ocassional chick flicks.. whatever really. I'm not picky.

Television:

I usually enjoy whatever might be on Discovery Health, Travel Channel, History Channel, TLC, or Food Network. I enjoy some CSI, House, Grey's Anatomy, Scrubs, Roswell too.

Books:

I'm constantly reading up on random things. That's right, I'm a genius. Ha. Well, I really just enjoy whatever catches my eye. Stuff I can get lost in.. ya know?

Heroes:

The people in my life who've continuously let me learn from them. Whether it be through mistakes they've made or life's little battles they've overcome.

Everyday I step outside my door and look up at a beautiful sky.. I feel like I'm breathing in new life. Lately, I just continually wait and stand and walk in awe of everything before me...
