About Me

THANKS FOR VIEWING MY SITE!!! GO VEGETARIAN!!!
This video showcases me, singing for a wedding:
===================================
In light of recent events, I've posted this on my music site...please read!!!
Action on the California Healthy Pets Act (AB 1634) has been postponed. This bill would require most dogs and cats in California to be spayed or neutered, and it would set a precedent benefiting the millions of dogs and cats who are euthanized in this country every year in animal shelters. It is vital that the issue continues to get attention, so PETA recently unveiled a billboard about the opposition to AB 1634 by breeders and other special interest groups.
Please join PETA campaigner Melissa Karpel for a demonstration under the billboard to draw attention to AB 1634 and the fact that anyone who buys a dog or a cat from a breeder or a pet store sentences animals at shelters to death. Activists are needed to hold posters and pass out leaflets. If you can help, please contact Melissa at [email protected] or 757-943-0270.
What: Animal Birth Control outreach demonstration
When: Thursday, August 2, 12 noon-1 p.m.
Where: Intersection of N. Laurel Avenue and W. Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles
It is important that AB 1634—and the public interest that the bill's introduction has drawn to the issue of companion animal overpopulation—not be allowed to die like the millions of animals born into a world that doesn't want them. Please join us at this important demonstration. Be sure to let friends and family members know about the bill and have them take action using our online feature!
Thanks for being a part of PETA's Activist Network!
Sincerely,
Deedra Aro, Activist Liaison

GOOD NEWS!
PETA's Action Center Alert:
Following PETA protests outside Niketown stores and countless calls and emails to the company asking that they cut ties with Michael Vick in light of horrific allegations of his involvement with dogfighting rings, Nike has released the following statement:
"Nike has suspended Michael Vick's contract without pay, and will not sell any more Michael Vick product at Nike-owned retail at this time."
As a result, we have called off our planned protests outside Nike stores around the country. Thanks to everyone who wrote to the company about this issue or attended the demonstrations, and thanks to Nike for doing the right thing by ending its association with someone accused of torture.
Reebok has also made the decision to stop sales of Michael Vick apparel, stating:
"While we respect the legal process we find the allegations against Mr. Vick too disturbing to ignore, therefore, we have decided to immediately suspend selling Vick NFL product, both at retail and online through the Reebok website."
This is great news for anyone who is concerned about cruelty to animals, and we hope that it sends a strong message to the NFL that they need to do the same thing and suspend Michael Vick immediately, pending the outcome of this case. To send a message to the NFL asking them to get on with that, please click here.
Thank you for all you do for animals,

***Thanks for stopping by! I am currently looking for any offers of collaboration, as a welcome diversion from my day job. I'm interested in singing and/or writing new music, with my most obvious influence being Dream Theater. I've had a lot of professional theater experience as well, so drop me a line if you're interested!
If you'd really like to get to know me, add me as a friend to view photos & the like within my blogs, and/or add my "friend" Patti (below), which is where I maintain the vast majority of my information. I've had issues with being a weirdo magnet, and since I can't keep a music profile private (nor should I need to), I moved everything to where I can. I apologize in advance...
I'd like to put in a plug for my favorite cause...

I am currently working on recordings with better production...these are from an old demo created right after I had my tonsils removed, so I don't feel they show the strength and training of my voice, but at least it's something for now... having the flesh burned out of your throat certainly takes heavy-duty healing time.
*I Wanna Know, lyrics by me, music by A. Gray
*Deadend Life, lyrics by J. Sakars, music by A. Gray
*Drunkman, lyrics by J. Sakars, music by A. Gray
...Off of our 2001 demo for "Sonic Bondage" out of Niagara Falls, Canada
I am currently collaborating on a few new projects, to be posted ASAP, once a professional with a full-time job can--well--do something besides WORK! Seriously, though, new songs to be posted...
I am definitely missing my musical outlet since arriving here, and I am looking for any individual or collaborative work out there that will allow me to express myself creatively. My dream jobs would be Mad TV by day and Rockstar and/or musical theater by night, so perhaps you can help me!

Sounds Like: A little bit of Gwen, a little bit of Evanescence, and a complete opera star, depending upon the genre of music & the occasion (I've done originals, karaoke from "No Doubt" & "Evanescence" & "Journey", all the way up to "Ave Maria" and several professional musicals). All that inside of 5 feet!
