About Me

Hmmm... ok... well, my friends would probably describe me as a very creative, outgoing, fun, sensitive, caring, passionate and (at times) a goofy girl. I love the finer things in life as well as the simple things. I grew up half of my life in Europe and love experiencing new cultures and learning new languages. Although, after living in SoCal for ten years... I feel so comfy and at home right here by the water. LOVE beautiful sunsets and the silhouettes of palm trees as the sky turns all sorts of delicious colors. I know... I'm such a girly girl sometimes too.Let's see... what else... I have a VERY soft spot for kids (who I love teaching) and pooches!!!! Check out my photos... can you tell I love my doggie!?!?!? :) Marina is my little (furry) baby girl... Hee... and, my bestest friend in the whole wide world!!! Hee. I know... I'm just a little silly crazy about her. Oh yeah, I'm a little crazy about my boyfriend, Kevyn, too... don't want him to feel left out! :)Oh yes... a good sense of humor and laughter are two of the most vital elements in my life!!! LOVE my body to listen/move to music... feeds my soul in incredible ways.Well, more later. :) By the way... most of my new photos were taken by my favorite guy, Kevyn Major Howard... and, the best photographer in the country... no no, in the world!! And, if anyone can help me figure out how to fix the photo albums so that my new photos are in "my new photos" photo album... I would be very grateful! I don't know how it got all mixed up. And, does anyone know how to make this font size bigger... I'm gettin' old and it's so hard to read the tiny letters!

My Interests

Anything artistic and creative. Dancing, painting, writing, designing. I love to play fetch with the dog, see a good flic, listen to good tunes, relax, read, cook something new, spend time with friends, eat out, go to the beach... LOVE the beach, get a massage (mmmmm), buy a new outfit, go see a show, shooting photos with my new camera... and so much more!! And, did I mention... I LOVE a good sense of humor... and laughing!!! Hee... once you get me started... it's hard for me to stop.

More friends... you can never have too many! Especially dog lovers!! :)Nice people... because mean people suck.

Music:

I love all kinds... rock/R&B/jazz/classical/rap/hip-hop/country/new age/etc! Love 80s music!!! I'll have to come back and fill in more of my faves later. Music feeds my soul!

It's a Wonderful Life, Splendor in the Grass, A Place in the Sun, GIANT, B-fast at Tiffany's, Barefoot in the Park, Butch Cassidy, The Third Man, Out of Africa... Redford movies, American Gigalo, Scent of a Woman, Pretty Woman, Officer and a Gent... Gere movies, A Few Good Men, Cocktail, Risky Business, Jerry Maguire... Cruise movies... No Way Out... yeah, those Navy guys!, The Game, My Big Fat Greek Wedding (hilarious)... Something About Mary, Something's Gotta Give, The Aviator, and... oh... so many more... Desperate Housewives, Meerkat Manor - how cute are they, Grey's Anatomy, Boston Legal, NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams! Love him! MSNBC, CNN... Larry King, American Idol... I know... I can't think of any other shows right now... don't watch that much, I guess... too busy! Yay!

Books:

"I Love You, Ronnie" Every woman deserves letters like the ones Ronald Reagan wrote to Nancy!! Well, at least... I'd love my man to feel that way about me. As much as I don't like to admit it... I'm a romantic at heart. Currently... finished "Replay" by Ken Grimwood... great book.

Heroes:

Everyone who has ever helped me... especially in troubled times. My dog, Marina. My family. My boyfriend... he's true hero in so many ways.Victims of 911... and, their families. The NYFD and NYPD on 911.The men and women in uniform who serve our great country... and, their families.Anyone who has saved/rescued a life.
