About Me

Well there is not much to me actually. I am a simple man striving to be better today that I was yesterday and wanting to be better tomorrow that I am today. I was born and raised in South Central Los Angeles. I am currently a musician (trumpet player) here in Los Angeles and have been blessed to play with many of today's artists including grammy winners. I am now officially a band leader co-leading one of L.A.'s newest and hottest salsa bands named ORQUESTA ASI SON performing the very of SALSA DURA in all the top venues in Los Angeles. You wanna know anything else just ask and I might just tell ya.

My Interests

Well if you read anything about me so far, you can tell that I love music so I will have to say that music is my life, specifically Jazz, Latin Jazz, Sasla and all Afro Caribbien music except Bachata (UGGG). I am from South Central L.A. so I gotta say I like Eazy E and all that mess too. I also enjoy reading a lot and I like to travel hence the profession I chose (been around the a few times already). I like all the things other people do I assume, like watching T.V. and surfing the net as well.

I'd like to meet:

The question "Who I'd like to meet" will require a rather long winded answer so I'll try to keep it short, bare with me. I'd like my my great grand parents to see where I came from and to see what I might look like in the future. I'd like to meet Dr Martin Luther King Jr. because he did so much for all of us minorities, not just African-Americans. I'd like to meet Louis Armstrong because as a trumpet player and avid lover/stundent of jazz, I would like to know the person who not only inspired so many generations of amazing musicians but great music as well and as of late has kindled a renewed passion for my craft. I'd like to meet my future wife (one day... not soon! LOL). and finally (and this one goes to everyone out there on my space...), I like to meet some new friends just to make my life a little more interesting.
