Welcome to the home of Newbie Productions(it's a short story I cant be bothered to go in to), on this page you'll find all the information you could possibly need about what I'm getting up to. All my blogs are open to the public and will give you the most up to date idea of what I'm doing.
At the moment there's a mixture of songs I've written and recorded and those that I just recorded. The easiest way to tell them apart is the ones I've produced and not written are really fucking good and the ones I've written and performed, well, just aren't.
Currently I'm playing bass in the Matt Wright band, it runs along my usual preference of pop/punk. I've been gigging with them for about 6 months or so now(July '08) and stuffs starting to get interesting.
I'm beginning to write songs again, I've been kind of out of it over the past year, but now I'm getting back into it mostly on the acoustic side of things. Ideas are coming to me it's just getting them down and making them sound like music.
I've been pushing myself into live engineering a bit, helped out at the student festival 'Beach Break Live' down in Cornwall this year. And I've done sound at some of the smaller pub type venues in Guildford.
Thats it for now, who knows what'll happen tomorrow
