About Me

*****When his life was ruined, his family killed, his farm destroyed, Job knelt down on the ground and yelled up to the heavens, "Why God? Why Me?" and the thundering voice of God answered, "There's just something about you that really pisses me off!" --- Stephen King*****

I am a writer/poet, photographer, artist, musician and a student of life. I am creative, stubborn, determined, strong, imaginative and unique. I am a black and gold bleeding fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and miss Pittsburgh a lot sometimes. I am incredibly blessed to have a wonderful family who has always been there for me. I am surrounded by the best friends a person could have though some live much farther away than any of us would like. I have Multiple Sclerosis (a disease of the central nervous system). I am an above-knee-amputee. The fact that I lost my leg isn't the most interesting thing about me and if my lack of a leg is what interests you the most about me, don't bother. My past is riddled with mistakes but I do not have regrets. I believe that the events of the past and the people of our past are what mold us into the people we are today. If there's anything else you want to know... ask.

I'd like to meet:

You never know when you are going to cross paths with someone truly special or someone you can learn something from. As far as public figures and celebrities go I'd love to meet Barack Obama because he is an impressive man, great speaker, and I believe he truly is the change this country is in dire need of. I'd also like to meet Jon Stewart and Hugh Laurie.

It completely depends what kind of mood I happen to be in. A few groups I like are : A Perfect Circle, Tool, Institute, Something Corporate, Carbon Leaf, Saving Abel, Cold, The Exies, Funeral for a Friend, Daughtry, Rascal Flatts, Johnny Cash, Trace Adkins, Garth Brooks, Toby Keith, Rodney Atkins, 30 Seconds To Mars, Breaking Benjamin, Incubus, Wicked Jezabel and plenty more...
