About Me

Aspiring Environmental Specialist. I'm finally Graduating from CSUF in 2008 with a Bachelors Of Science in Health Science (emphasis in environmental and occupational health and safety) or in simpler terms, Public Health. I'm Currently an assistant restaurant manager at the Disneyland Resort. I enjoy my job and have managed restaurants in Paradise Pier and Tomorrowland. Currently I'm a member of the Rancho del Zocalo team. I will be taking my Registered Environmental Specialist Exam (REHS) in 2008 as well so that I could persue a career as a health inspector for either the County of Orange or Los Angeles County. I plan on taking a break after graduating in 2008 until the fall of 2009 when I plan on entering a Master's in Public Health Program. As for love, I'm engaged to the most amazing man any women could ask for. He's a graduate of the Radio TV and Film School at CSUF. He's a great guy who loves me for my quirks and accepts me for who I am. We will be getting married sometime in early 2009 since next year will be jam packed with my graduation. I'm Determined to defy the odds and my life is always non stop, so I apologize in advance for my so-called 'flake' behavior. I also plan to learn more about pastry art as well...I've always dreamed of going to culinary school to earn a certificate in baking/pastry art. One day, I Also hope to be mother like mine one day. Stephen and I want kids some time soon, but for now we are setting our lives up for success. I dream big and work hard to make those dreams come true. I have an affinity for beautiful things in my life and I surround myself with people and surroundings that make me happy. I want it all in life....it's all or nothing.

Heroes:

My Mom. She is a single mom who worked hard in a back breaking production oriented job to keep a stable roof over my head while growing up. She is smart, business savvy, and beautiful. Even though I hated not spending much time with her as a kid because she was always working...I understand why now, and I thank her for that. She is amazing and never once needed a man to take care of her....I admire her for that since so many women rely on that and stay in stupid relationships for that very reason. She taught me to be independent and work hard for what I have. I love my mama!
