Geeky guy

About Me

WARNING SPAMMERS:I DO report ad sites to the abuse team, and have several confirmed kills so far. I am not going to buy any of your porn or your dating advice or whatever it is you're selling so all you'll get out of it is a deleted profile. Do us both a favor and just leave me alone. (Not that i think there's an actual human reading the profiles before they send out the friend requests, but it doesn't hurt to try.)--------------------I'm a programmer geek in southern California, the greater LA area to be slightly less imprecise. I'm usually shy and submisive, especially in real life, so i tend to have trouble meeting and getting to know people.
I like reading books and playing games and discussing interesting topics with people, such as history, politics, science, and the aforementioned books and games.
I go out on occasion and do something physical like roller blading or going to a goth club to dance, so I'm in decent shape and not a total couch potato.
I also suck at describing myself, just in case you couldn't tell :)

My Interests

Books, video games, RPGs, anime and manga, roller blading, goth clubs, computers, programming

Heroes:

I don't really have any heroes, so i shall use this space for video games instead :)
Genres: RPGs, RPG/tactics, turn based strategy, real time strategy, silly sports games (ie something that involves go-karts or underwater soccer, not Madden or Turismo anything) i'll play FPS if people at work set up a game, but it's not really something i do too much of on my own.
Games: Final Fantasy; 1 is nostalgic, 4, 5 and 6 are wonderful. 7 is okay, 8 was a piece of crap. 9 was cool, and 10 was great. 11 looks stupid though and 12 doesn't seem too promising. FF Tactics was great, and FF Mysitc Quest was silly but fun in a brain-dead kind of way. Civilization, Alpha Centauri, Galactic Civilizations, Chrono Trigger, Xenogears, Mario Kart, F-Zero, Red Alert 2, Zelda (through Link to the Past at least, i didn't really like Ocarina or any of the later ones) Metroid, Bomberman, Super Monkey Ball, Nobunaga's Ambition, Gemfire, Brigandine, Dragon Warrior, Breath of Fire, Master of Orion (except for 3) Master of Magic, Star Control 2, Tetris, Legends of Elveron, BattleMaster
