About Me

General Information about Lee-Lee:
I love travelling but the best part is travelling and shopping together! Yay! I have been to many European countries and Asia is next on my itinerary. I love not having to pay taxes on my luxury goods in Europe and that is why I made a direct deposit to Dior that one summer! LOL. I would consider myself a budget traveller since I prefer to stay at blah places, not caring whether it is a posh hotel in order for me to have more money to go shopping! I just need a bed and running water for a shower! IFurther Details on Lee-Lee
I am currently studying my life away for the CPA exam as well as working my life away as an auditor. Keep in mind that you should always treat your auditor nice! Even if they ask you all sorts of questions and pop in on you during the workday asking more questions. That is our job! Work with us people! LOL. Work is actually good to me. I been travelling a lot, but not to exciting places overseas like I used to. LOL. However, the Tour of Texas with my travels has been fun as I get to accumulate lots of points at hotels and can use those for my personal vacation stays. Yay! Living out of a suitcase is not so fun, but that gives me an excuse to go shopping if I run out of clothes to wear. Yay!
So hotel living is not that great. I mean, I stayed at so many swanky nice hotels but it is not really for me and I am there for work. Plus, I am always alone there. So hotel living is not so great. Even when I was in a swanky corner suite in Paris, it was still just me coming home to my suitcase and big empty room. Hmm...maybe this causes me to leave the hotel room and shop all the time. LOL. :)
I clutched life and continue to! :) I would have to say the best clutching I ever did was when I found myself shopping one day in New York and the next weekend I was shopping in Paris! This was the summer of 2005 and I was living in New Jersey for my summer internship where I was sent overseas to audit! WHOA! Who said being an auditor was boring? I was living the supermodel jet-setting life! All due to the fact that I majored in accounting! Whoo hoo! I obtained a Masters in Accounting because I could not get enough numbers. LOL.
I am currently engaged to my Swooshy Bear, who not only is my soulmate, but my personal photographer. LOL. He captures all my life moments when we travel. We make a great team. :)
I also teach Junior Achievement classes to elementary school students from the inner-city. It is really fun and gets me away from work for awhile!
Things I like: The color Pink!, VS Pink Sweat Pants, Nike Shox shoes, Dior purses, anything Coach, Prada quilted bags, Burberry tote bags, black patent leather heels, dresses, nice watches, Tofu, bluetooth technology, white t-shirts, etc. I like a lot of things!
The Supermodel Lifestyle (Okay, I was not a supermodel, but that was my supermodel summer when I was an internal audit intern)
One summer, I remember debating on whether or not I should part with $13. That may not seem like alot to many people, but it was my food money for a few days. I had just settled in for the summer in New Jersey and cost of living was much higher than Texas. So $13 was going to buy me a few days of meals in the company cafeteria. It was my official first weekend, having worked my first week of real world work. Did I want to part with my $13 to take a train to New York City and more money for food that day in the city? I decided I better make my summer fun, even though I was not going to see my first paycheck til after three weeks. That meant no calling home for help, no calling anyone for help for that matter. I had to make whatever I put in my checking account last. And it was dwindling, as I had to buy alot of stuff. Well, I parted with my $13 and had alot of fun exploring the city by myself. New York was fabulous to me, though I was alone. I stretched my dollars in my Hello Kitty wallet, and the only luxury I allowed myself was to pay in cash for a pair of EXPRESS Editor workpants. I could not charge much on my credit cards cause I did not pay my bills online at the time and my bills would be sent home to Houston. I could not have anyone pay for my things. My expenses were creeping up on me. I mentally subtracted the days til I would see my first paycheck. *Sigh* Starting new was hard, but it was making me stronger. I felt strong, yet uncertain of how I would make my money stretch.
Fast Foward to the Next Weekend:
I stand outside my dormitory that I was living at as temporary summer internship housing. A sleek black Towncar Limo service pulls up, along with a friendly driver. He was sent by the company I was interning with. He takes my luggage and drives me to the Philadelphia Airport. I am on my way to catch my flight to Paris, France. I hold in my hand an itinerary that says my name along with BUSINESS CLASS. I kept looking at it as if I was dreaming. Last weekend I was shopping in New York City, with not much cash. Now I was going to sit in business class and fly to Paris. What the heck? I realized at that moment, in the back of that limo, that life rewards those who work hard but in funny ways. Last weekend I had to debate over $13 for a train ticket, yet this weekend, I was getting a limo ride to the airport. This is a story I like to think about, as I felt I had made it in life. This type of city hopping was fabulous and I am very fortunate to have experienced it.
I used to have a long profile telling people about myself, but I think it is time that I make myself a mystery to all. :) Ask me if you want further details.

My Interests

Hello Kitty, the color pink, Tofu, crunchy peanut butter, sushi, good conversations, Sudoku puzzles, green tea, and of course, Evian water. J'adore Evian!

Yes, I bought assorted sizes and shapes of Evian while in Europe. :)

I'd like to meet:

Hello Kitty and Takanori Nishikawa of T.M.Revolution. He has the coolest eyebrows! Actually, I really want to meet Takanori. Other than that, if you are not a famous JPOP singer I adore, I probably would not want to meet you, as people on my list are those I know. LOL. I also want to meet John Gallianno and Marc Jacobs. They are two men who know how to design some nice purses. I really wish they made a Lee-Lee purse. :) Which is why I need to meet them. So I can give them the idea of a Lee-Lee purse. If no purse, then at least a Lee-Lee accessory of some sort.

Music:

T.M.Revolution because Takanori really does make revolution! LOL. I also love Maroon 5, Uniting Nations, Junior Jack, and all sorts of random noise. :) I also like gangster ghetto rap, the type that you can roll through the hood with. I am from the hood so obviously I gotta roll with that type of music! :) However, I love 80s music as well as oldies if I am not rolling down the hood.

Movies:

Halloween because I still get super scared after watching it! Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal Rising, JackAss movies, Superbad, and the Bridget Jones series. It will be hard to choose a favorite movie, but if I must then Napoleon Dynamite is my all time favorite movie!

Television:

I Love New York! because it is mindless ghetto fun watching! I also love Sex and the City, even though the series is over. 20/20 and Dateline are a must because I learn so much by just watching it once a week. LOL

Books:

The Da Vinci Code and the Hannibal Lecter series by Thomas Harris. I own all his books in this series in hardcover so that means I am very hardcore about Thomas Harris!

Heroes:

My parents of course! My fictional hero is Agent Scully because she was able to solve the phenomenal mystery while working with a guy who kept thinking aliens were among us. LOL. Oh, that Agent Moulder!
