I've been overweight all my life and thought that it was the way I was always going to be. But after a lot of problems and deceptions, in November 2004, I decided I had to do something about it. On 28 October 2007, I am proud to say that I reached my first weight goal: losing 50 kilos! Lost another 1.5, still have 7.5 of my new goal. Fingers crossed.
