"The Poodle is supposed to have originated in Germany, where it is known as the Pudel or Canis Familiaris Aquatius. However, for years it has been regarded as the national dog of France, where is was commonly used as a retriever as well as, the Caniche, which is derived from chien canard or duck dog. Doubtless the English word "poodle" comes from the German pudel or pudelin, meaning to splash in the water."

Being with my human "mommy" (I really, really hate to be apart from her!); hanging out with my wonderful human "daddy"; "Kisses" or "Sugar" ("Give me some Sugar baby..." ~Army of Darkness); Playing with my human companions; Playing with my Zillions of Toys; Running; Chewing on my Toys - Plush Toys - Nylabones - Rawhides - Greenies, etc.; Stealing Tissues and Shredding them; Snuggling; Chasing/"Playing" with my companion cat Cricket; Visiting my Doggie Friends; Playing the Chase game with Doggies; Meeting Everyone; getting Treats; getting new Toys; stealing Cricket's food; going Bye-Bye; Hanging my head out the car window (with mom holding me and the window rolled partway up...); visiting Grandma; going to McCall with mom, dad, and Grandma; going on Road Trips with my mom and dad; and of course - Animal Welfare and Animal Rights.

I sneak into movies with my mommy and daddy all the time and sleep on mom's lap during the show. Once a dog barked in the movie and I barked back - my mommy quickly put the blanket over me and I settled back down. It was pretty funny. ;-)
