About Me

I grew up in a small university town in South-Germany. Since my earliest childhood music, friends and fun are the most important things in my life. I am collecting records ever since. I played guitar and drums in several bands during my schooltime. I became a full time DJ in 1995 at a time when nobody, including me, would have thought that this could happen. I played 2-3 times a week ... for almost 4 years including a residence in Munich's Kunstpark Ost at the first steady psychedelic trance club "Natraj Temple". I picked my records from different shelfs and played my bordercrossing taste of music, a mix of techno, house, electro and trance. I always prefer the 'groovy shit' ... and a majority of girls on the dancefloor.VooV Experience, Purple Porno Groove Convention All Stars, Springthree Festival, Die Registratur, electric delicate, Universo Parallelo, Brasilians Trance Festival, Pulse Club, Trance Buddah, Die Grube, Aera, Climax, Rustlers Valley are a few events I played in Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Austria, Brasil and South-Africa. In 2000 I left the club and started to work for an independent music distribution.in 2002 i launched my first label Play Out Right Now (P.O.R.N.) Recordings for genrecrossing dance music. In 2003 the launch of the chill label c.o.r.n. recordings followed.In July 2005 I stopped working for the distribution and I concentrated in my labels, friends, fun and own music productions. Okay, enough bla-bla ....

Influences: I am influenced by an early dose of electronic music created by Walter Carlos in the beginning of the seventies, the album's name was "Switched on Bach", as the name suggests the album is based on J.S.Bach's music in an interpretation on the very new Synthesizers developed by Bob Moog. Pop, Rock, Disco, Funk, Rap, New Wave, Neue Deutsche Welle, yes, and there are some punk songs I like too. Ooops, not to forget: I love classic music.
