I started djing in 1996 with a main focus on D&B. I appreciate MC and vocal support while mixing my favourite tunes. Currently I predominantly like liquid and soulful stuff, but I don´t hesitate to drop a straight jump-up tune as well. Call it "liquid clown" if you like ;-) From 2000 I hosted Rudeboy FM, a weekly show on Oldenburgs public radiostation focussing on the D&B scene in Germany. In 2002 I started the label Broken Silence with regular labelnights. I run the label in cooperation with producer and DJ b.analog and studio/live singer Anna Lanfer since. Our philosophy is to promote variety and creativity. Based on danceable breakbeats - usually in the D&B style, but also covering Downbeat/Nu-Jazz - and deep basslines, funk, soul, jazz and latin grooves add their touch to create the Broken Silence sound. I already have two years of soundstudio experience, but to further refine my skills I attend a Media-School with a focus on sound engineering in Berlin since June 2005. Watch out for Broken Silence...
