Continental. Floyd

Rebellious, ambitious, competitive, humble, respectful, loyal, outspoken, and a "go-getter" would be a few words to describe the young and talented, C. Floyd.
Born Ceith Jamar Woods in Plainfield, New Jersey in 1985. Being the son of a father who was noted as a book-smart hustler gave him a very ambitious state of mind. With both parents being very young, C. Floyd received a small taste of struggle which also gave him the go getter edge in life, that same attitude is what brings him here today.
It was 2000 when he met friend and CEO of Urban Glory Records, Atlantic City's own, Jeremy 'J Bugzbey' Earley. Juggling between school, sports and music, the high school sophomore, C. Floyd has always had that one track mind that kept him focused on the limelight (in addition to his family and childhood friends). Back in 2000 Urban Glory formerly known as Blackout Entertainment, had a roster of at least 7 Hip Hop artists (including himself), C. Floyd's loyalty showed up in the long run. Years passed and the roster shortened and Floyd is now the only original member in which J Bugzbey recruited which has granted C. Floyd a position of CEO of Urban Glory Records.
Now 7 years in and represented by none other than, Louise West, the Urban Glory team is looking as fierce as ever. Surely, Urban Glory is a Movement, and C. Floyd's focus is to build the regime into an army and the hustle doesn't stop. With that said, C. Floyd has brought Urban Glory gems that in one way or another benefitted the movement. As CEO, Floyd's first recruit was the very talented SuperMan, Young Ray Rizzy, who has a very promising future.
Noting Super-Execs Such As Jay-Z, P. Diddy, Damon Dash, Jim Jones and Jermaine Dupri as very influential people, Floyd looks to somehow find ways for himself and longtime friend, J Bugzbey to be mentioned in the same breath of those names regularly mentioned in the Hip Hop Community daily.
Never losing his focus, another one of Floyd's goals is to help his beloved home-state, Jersey to receive the respect that it deserves by juggling his position as CEO and as a Hip Hop artist. This is all done by hitting the studio as much as possible, staying on top of phone calls to label mates and mainstream Record Execs and also keeping a close eye on what's hot and what's not in the streets and the club.
It's evident that C. Floyd is very focused and will not cease until the job is done.
