Cleva - Began developing his gift in music at the age of 5 years old. Cleva trained in "Classical Piano" for 3 years, before moving on to "Popular Guitar". At the age of 12 He began developing as a lyricist, heavily influenced by Tupac, Dj Quik, Dr. Dre, Snoop, The Dogg Pound, Outkast, Ant Banks, Notorious Big. By 16 he began hanging out in different studio atmospheres and became a student in the art of production. Cleva fell in love with composing tracks but realized that one of the weaknesses in the game at the time was the lack of musical originality. At this point he refused to sample any compositions. By the age of 18, he would strongly get back into his musical roots, this time training for 3 years in Jazz theory in both piano and guitar. This proved to be most beneficial as far as his compositions. Feb. 14, 2004, he completed his intial album "The game of Life" to which he owns credit as a writer and producer. Cleva is appreciated for his tracks, lyrics, and style of flow. It is commonly said of him that, "he is one of the few rappers that has some shit to say".
