About Me

I am a geek. I am to be feared, for I know things. I have just started a site to discuss all things geek, Fear the Geek , and am trying to support it with a cafepress store . If you have good ideas for t-shirts, stickers and stuff, I recommend starting your own store . Its fun and you can create your own stuff without costing anything, until you buy it or sell it.

My Interests

Computers , space , science , music , science fiction , video games , Freedom , politics , motorcycles, weapons , sailing , swing dancing .

I'd like to meet:

Other Geeks

Music:

Right now I am listening to NoFX , Green Day and Celtic Cross a lot, but I always go back to Bad Religion , They Might Be Giants , Boingo . I am also listening to 7k 's new album. They are a local LA band that rocks. My new thing is Pandora though. Check out one of my stations you might like it. Its based off of Daft punk so if you like them you should like the station.

Books:

Lately I have been reading mostly text books, boo! I did get in one of the new Dune novels, the Butlerian Jihad. I was not impressed. Damn Brian Herbert for not being as good an author as his father. The Mars Trilogy by Kim Stanley Robinson is one of my favorites of all time.

Heroes:

Linus Torvalds
