It is called Justicia because JAM is committed to serving its artists in all aspects of their career without the exploitative high percentages and long, binding contracts that dominate the industry.JAM works together with a vast array of extraordinarily talented and successful music industry professionals and pro bono lawyers to put the artist in control of her or his career. Each member of JAM that provides their professional services to the artist is committed to JAM’s mission of artistic justice and has committed to provide its professional services at a fair price and on fair terms. JAM’s goal is to revolutionize the music industry by guiding the artist through the process of production, promotion, distribution, and the complexities of legal and business issue with the sole goal of ensuring the success of the artist. By giving the artist that control, JAM enables its artists to avoid the exploitation that can occur when they are in a vulnerable position early in their careers.
