Cyco Lolitas was formed back in 1994 by 3 girls who wanted to form an all female punk band. The wish never came true and CycoChrissie (drums/Djamal; Mary Jane; B. Widows), Vanessa (vocals) and Tania (bass) had to ask some friends for help to make up the project a reality. So they asked Neto and To Ze to play guitars and CycoValverde(Dead End/ MKD/ Anti-Anti) to do back up singing.
Throughout the years the line-up has changed (which was the main reason why they stopped their activities for 5 years along with the other commitments they had with other bands) and some people were part of this amazing companionship which became a huge family, always supporting each other either in the personal life and in the musical career. They had Dora (bass); Goncalo (guitar) and Raul (guitar/ Anti Anti, Painstruck) until they got to the final line up they have today: Alex (bass/ Sun like a red eye); CycoValverde; Juanito Loco (guitar/ Violencia Violeta, Anti-Anti) and CycoChrissie.
They recorded 3 demo tapes, which are: Cyco Lolitas (1994); Noise Polution (1996); My Freedom (2005).
They also played in many festivals and shows, but finally after their last union in 2003, they have been supported by many people who wanted them back and thats the main reason they are here today.
With songs like Stop the Violence, Goody-Goody and Wont ya?!?!?! they are remembered as a good punk core band.
