i'm a young emcee that goes by the full pen name of "base one basic" or "dervish noonz". this music is my whole life . . . music and GOD. i've been in and out of many isms and ideologies, dark corners and tribulations- life to me has boiled down to this- TO LOVE GOD WITH ALL OF MY HEART, SHED LIGHT, AND SPREAD LOVE. pretty basic huh? easier said than done. i struggle with this every day. it's the ultimate truth i strive for, like many other seekers out there. most of my music's a little more easy going than this heavy "soul set" though. i feel the freshest, most effective way of unfolding the truth is in portions like a six course meal. consider this the appetizer while i stew up the soup. i cant say it's coming soon, but it's no doubt coming- keep the faith and stay with me. we'll make it happen- 1 love.
