Even going that extra step by helping artist promote projects and providing additional music help if needed. W.C.A(the founder and C.E.O) has been involved in the musical arts since elementary-evolving with the burning desire to be involved in artist recognition. Unlike the rest of his family he never wanted to be in the medical field, but still wanted to operate............... in another way -- thus, the name OPERATION MUSIC --
