Established in the fall of 2003, Metaphoric Clothing is one of the premiere underground clothing lines in the Eastern United States. With our innovative design and quality prints, we create apparel that is not only pleasing to wear but pleasing to the eye as well.As a clothing company, our goal is to be the clothing line that everyone can wear and not single out any type of style. From punks, to metal heads, to hip-hop heads and even to the hippies, everyone wears our gear.Here at Metaphoric, our motto is simple, "Put the monkey on your back." This motto is derived from, as stated in the Dictionary of American Slang, "a strong addiction that one spends most of one's energy to support". Because we eat, sleep, and breathe Metaphoric, it's our drug of choice.
