My Interests

The usual stuff- acting, film, music, dance, traveling, languages, people- crazy ones- but only good crazy, dreams, astrology, animals, etc........ pretty much everything. Life is one big interest/curiosity on a whole!!

I'd like to meet:

Stewie from "The Family Guy," but only when he is drunk. Oh, also David Bowie, Billy Idol, Paul Newman, Cillian Murphy, James Dean, Johnny Depp, and Elvis.......but maybe only when they are drunk...... But really, on a serious note, kind, exciting, caring, beautiful inside and out people who are just overall inspirational human beings. People who have something to offer and are interesting. In other words, people who I can learn from, and who can help open my eyes to new things in this crazy world and how it works. People who make me laugh.

Music:

Smashing Pumpkins, The Raconteurs, Radiohead, Bjork, PJ Harvey, The Beatles, Beck, The White Stripes, Fiona Apple, Pixies, David Bowie, DJ Shadow, The Cure, U2, Talking Heads, The Killers, The Smiths, Greenday, Ween, some of Weezer, Pink Floyd. I like eighties music, especially undergroud, and Alternative, Classical....okay, so i get excited about everything but Country. Yuck. Sorry country lovers.

Movies:

American Beauty, V for Vendetta, The Departed, Casino, Donnie Darko, Great Expectations, Amelie, Blade Runner, I Heart Huckabees, Fight Club,The Royal Tenenbaums, Edward Sissorhands, the new Romeo and Juliet, Moulin Rouge, Walk the Line, Thelma and Louise, Run Lola Run, Forest Gump, and It's a Wonderful Life. Shut up, I know I'm a romantic.

Television:

Curb Your Enthusiasm!!, Lost, E:True Hollywood Story stuff, and The Family Guy, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, and sometimes South Park, though it is sooo wrong it makes me laugh. I actually don't know TV extremely well but only care for a select few shows and the rest seems to be complete crap.

Books:

Fahrenheit 451, David Sedaris books, especially "Dress Your Family In Corduroy And Denim," F. Scott Fitzgerald novels like, "The Great Gatsby." Science Fiction books are a must have- I love them! Any old books like The Boxcar Children, Chronicles of Narnia, and Nancy Drew (wow, that's embarrassing).

Heroes:

Me mum and Dad and uncle Tom. Still in search for a really good inspirational, strong individual/hero. God, it is so hard to come up with one, especially when everyone seems so human- with flaws. I know, even heroes have flaws..... except Dann Saxton. He is the one exception. He is a true hero with absolutely NO FLAWS!!! Crazy!! ....... which makes me wonder ...... is he really human? ......... Or is he something else .... from somewhere else .....?
