I work in television, so I try to stay away from it as much as possible. However I do like The office, My Name is Earl, Conan Obrien, Law and Order, Crossing Jordan, Medium, Family Guy, mostly stuff on regular broadcast stations because I don't even have cable.
Like the typical loser, I don't read as much as I would like to. I love adventure and mystery. The Da Vinci Code was good.
