Hmm, what's to know. Born and raised in Buffalo, NY. I moved to Fairfax, VA in 2005. Lived there for a while, met some really awesome people and made some great friends. Also, I snagged my husband, Miguel there. We originally met in Peru back in 2000 and then fate worked it's magic and brought us together in Virginia.
After living there for a while, we decided that we were both sick of the snow and wanted to be close to the beach. Good surf and being close to Hollywood was a bonus - and that is what brought us to San Diego.
Miguel and I run 2 small businesses (a contracting company and a clothing company). I also work full time doing customer service for an auto insurance company. They offered to pay part of my tuition, so I am also now working on my Masters. I'm taking my classes online with Ashford University.
Even though my schedule is pretty busy, I try my best to make time to do the things that I really love - like going to the beach, surfing, shopping, going to the gym, and driving up to Hollywood and pretending to be a celebrity as I walk down Sunset Blvd. Haha!!!

This is me: ~a few of my favorite things~
spending time with my family and friends, a good cup of coffee, the sound of birds chirping in the early morning and the stillness just before the world is waking up, sunrises/sunsets on the beach, the sound of waves crackling across the pebbles, the warmth of the sun, the rush of catching a wave, palm trees, gazing at the mooon, fumar con pedos...haha... (that's an inside joke), thunderstorms (or as I thought when I was a kid: the sound of angels bowling and god's light show), sunshowers, April showers in NYC, a cozy coffee shop and a good book on a rainy day, the smell of fall in Buffalo and the sight of all the changing colors, going to the World's Largest disco every November in Buffalo, the comforting embrace of the ones I love, the blessings I have been given, living here in beautiful San Diego, my life with Miguel, dreaming about my future house and family, running/walking along the shore and letting my mind be free, memories of my grandparents, the feeling when you make a child smile, pretending to be famous...haha, pretending to dance salsa, singing in my car when I think no one can hear me, playing dress up, being a total goofball with my sister, looking back at photographs and remembering people and places that I no longer see, memories of being wild and crazy with all of my friends back in Buffalo ~ especially the M&T happy hours and Sundays at Sunset bay, making snow angels, the feeling of water spashing on my face, travelling anywhere by car, plane, train..it doesn't matter ~ I just love seeing the world, the view from an airplane ~ the clouds, the sunsets, and the world below, pampering myself, shopping sprees, shoes and cute purses, sleeping on a boat, the smell/warmth of laundry when you first pull it out of the dryer, the sound of acoustic guitars, flutes and bongos, florida cobb salad at bonefish, MOJITOS!, a good glass of red wine ~ especially something like Faulkner's Red Zepplin from the NY Finger Lakes, Pisco Sour, Ceviche con Chelas (en la playa), Lomo Saltado, onions on my pizza (only pizza from buffalo, though ~ that goes for the wings also), Black Raspberry Ice cream, going out for sushi, apple pancakes from The Original pancake house (not IHOP - the original pancake house..get it right! haha), dark chocolate covered strawberries, pears, bananas, caramel, natural peanut butter, almonds, avocados, drinkng flavored water, cooking for friends/family (I make great lasagna), the smell of tanning oil on the beach, taking a moment to stop and enjoy my surroundings, the feeling of accomplishment, a relaxing day at the spa, the company of creative and expressive people, the smell of new clothes, Peru and everything about it, spending time with Briza!(my future step daughter), always being a kid at heart, helping people ~ especially children and elderly, knowing that I have the power to do anything I put my mind to, wasting my time on myspace (haha)
~this is the real me~
While I usually seem reserved and professional, the real me is actually pretty outrageous....I used to LOVE modeling (still do!).... Hopefully I will lose the 20 lbs that I packed on when I settled down and look like this again!! Then, I can get back to doing what I really love - being in front of the camera. I think this time around I want to try some acting!
