The cover music repertoire includes great reggae hits from artists such as Bob Marley, Steel Pulse, and many more. The band has also backed international reggae star from Kingston Jamaica, Eek-A-Mouse. The recent touring with Eek has taken the band to many places including: Hawaii, Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Europe. Check out "Eeksperience" featuring Four20band, and Four20’s new album "It’s About Time" featuring Eek-a-mouse. After spending three months in the studio (recording tracks for Eek-A-Mouse’s “Eeksperience†album on Coach House Records produced by Four 20’s guitar player George Loreto), Four 20 spent six months on the road backing up the respected reggae artist Eek-A-Mouse in support of his new album. The Four 20 Band released their third independent album titled “ It’s About Time†in April, 2002 including a special track from reggae artist Eek-A-Mouse and has garnered great reviews from both old and new fans everywhere. The album captures their original reggae sound blending massive tight grooves, smooth vocals with thinking man’s lyrics. Although centered in the classic reggae sound, the album contains songs with true crossover potential for listeners of pop music as well. With the album soon to have local distribution in the major chains and independent record stores (limited international distribution will soon follow), the band continues to seek bookings across the U.S. in support of the album; and most of all, for the sheer love of playing.
