About Me

All around the country after hurricane Katrina hit on August 29, 2005, people were stunned into action. In Eugene, Oregon there was a 26 hour music marathon at the Hilton and Elizabeth Cable got up for three acoustic, solo songs. She decided to play blues. Later on stage, there was a whole band of blues players and that's when Elizabeth turned to Mikey Reed and told him she wanted to make a band. That was two and 1/2 years ago. Now with a variety of local shows under their belts and a new cd they are looking forward to The Bohemian Mining Days in Cottage Grove, The Axe and Fiddle and some Landmark shows over on the Oregon Coast.
