About Me

The real me: Pretty much what you see is what you get. I believe in living in your own integrity, whether it is for the better, or not. (of course you should always be diplomatic about how you express yourself) : ) Honesty IS a good thing! And yes, for anyone wondering, omission is betrayal!!! I like to admit that I am not perfect. And I do believe in just being yourself (someone will eventually like you for who you are) ; ). I think that I am an easy going person and I can get along with just about anyone (just as long as they can get along with me) : ) I have a positive outlook on life...I am learning that my so called mistakes are only making me a better person. I am also a "responsibility" kind of girl. In other words, take responsibility for yourself, your behaviors, your life!!! (God gave us a brain so that we can make our own choices...If you don't make the right decision the first time...I guarantee you will have a second chance to either make another mistake, or possibly, make the right decision for yourself). I do consider myself to be more of a spiritual person... I like people for who they are and I am not too judgmental (however I truly do believe that some people deserve to be judged). Some bad traits: I can be a perfectionist, stubborn and impatient (Although I believe that I have now mastered the impatient thing...and I am only listing these because I'm learning to appreciate my imperfections. I think that comes with age) ; ) The other me: And the best part of me is I am a great mother of four "wonderful" kids. I adore them! They have contributed to who I have become today and I am blessed to have them in my life!!! : ) I have recently ended a twenty year marriage...don't ask me why, we just grew apart. I still adore him, we just have a different kind of relationship now. For the first time in my life I am becoming independent. I like that!! : ) I would like to add that I totally enjoy all the MILF comments. However, I will not date, flirt, add you as a friend or even communicate with any male under the age of 35 in that manner. In addition, I will not have an affair with married men. So please stop asking.

My Interests

These pictures were taken in 1990...still had the 80's influence with the "big hair". : ) Modeling was just not for me...everytime that I tried to have a career...I became pregnant. I guess in this lifetime I was just meant to be a Mom. : )Some of my favorite things are...Shopping, Shopping, Shopping and oh I can't forget SHOPPING!!! : ) Seriously, I love to shop but I also like to travel, decorate homes, go out to dinner, take long walks (anywhere...but especially on the beach), watch the sun set (I love sunsets) and doing some sort of exercise. Of course my favorite thing ever is to spend time with my kids (doing anything). I truly like spending time with family and friends (that is important to me). I like animals, wine, a "great" margarita, playing on my computer, music, dancing and just having a good time. Oh!!! And laughing...I'm learning to love to laugh!!! It is such a great stress reliever...better than sex!! ; )

Music:

I can appreciate any type of music. My favorite music to listen to is Adult Alternative. Such as: James Blunt, Natasha BedingField, Coldplay, Sara McLachlan, Life House, Alanis Morissette and Jewel... just to name a few. I grew up in the 70's & 80's so I'm a sucker for that music as well (yes, I even like to dance to disco). : )

Movies:

Well...I am a woman sooo I love to watch "Romantic Comedies" (over and over and over again) : ) However... I also do like Drama, Action/Adventure and Comedies (but I only watch these once...maybe twice). ; ) I will not watch any type of Horror movies (never!!!). : 0

Television:

I don't watch that much regular television (I can't stand the commercials). However I have started to watch a show called Dahrma and Greg. I really enjoy that show. In movies and television shows I love it when they put two (or more) unlikely characters together and they become friends...or more than friends. Like in the 40 Year Old Virgin. Those men were so different from each other...yet despite their differences they became friends. And in my opinion...they had very interesting relationships. They pushed each other outside of their limitations. I liked that.

Books:

(right now I am reading a book called "IF LOVE Is a GAME, THESE Are the RULES" I Highly recommend it...read it, it's not what you think) ok...I have a confession to make. I go to the book store and buy lots of books that I never read. I don't know why I do this...but I do this often. I used to download books from Audible.com and listen to them instead of read them... but it just didn't satisfy me. So now I go buy books not to read them but what I do is... I buy certain books like non-fiction books or self help books in general...I hold the book, think of a topic, then I open the book and I read the page or paragraph or chapter...You would be surprised how it pertains to your life. It is very interesting. When I do get the urge to read... I do like to read (in its entirety) Mysteries, Romance Novels, Tasteful Erotica and Poems. : )
