This layout is called "Innocence". The picture is from one of my psp tubes. This design will fit resolutions 800x600 and higher.

Unzip the zip file to a single directory, upload everything to your server, open the HTML file to edit the page. If you have problems, you can email me at Studio911Design .
This design uses a CSS file (innocence.css) use it to change font face and colors.
