About Me

Really, there's not that much to put into this space.

I work a lot, sleep a lot and occasionally I eat. The time that is left between those three time consuming activities I spend with my family, my TV, my PlayStation, my books (all three zillion of them) and my cross-stitch projects.
And no, you did not read this wrong, nor am I kidding, I really do like cross-stitching.

A few words about band/artist friend requests:
If you're an artist or a band, it's nearly 99% certain that I won't add you unless I know you personally, but I do take a listen to most of the audio in your profiles.

You, in the meanwhile, should prick up your ears for this:

My Interests

Besides work? Sleeping. Eating. TV. Playstation. Machines. All kinds of machines. Even the small and cuddly ones. Aw heck, machines are all cuddly!

I'd like to meet:

The good, the brilliant and the dead.

Music:

Pre-90s music. But not all of it. Just the neat, doomy pieces of it.
Not that they don't make good music nowadays, it's just that my profession has made me really picky. I do like the new albums of Nightwish, Tori Amos and Editors though.

Movies:

Hammer horror-movies and the cooler horror classics out there. Plus Galaxy Express 999. Although that's a series. Not a movie, really.

Television:

If it's not on, I'm probably not alive. Current favourites include The Simpsons (hey, I'm the kid sister of the Finnish Bart Simpson, I can't help watching the series over and over again!), Firefly and Battlestar Galactica. Plus I've been brainwashed into watching Star Trek, and I've seen nearly every episode of every spaceship-based Star Trek-series.

Books:

All books by Clive Barker. I'm not a fan, I'm a fanatic. And all things written by Neil Gaiman.

Heroes:

My brain. I really can't understand how it copes.

My Blog

Humanity is overrated?

I'm too lazy, and too blind, and no, I'm not signing any of those petitions and  "help us save the world yesterday"-e-mails. Sorry. :)
