ith roots from all across the lone star state, five equal parts have formed together in College Station, Texas to create a post-hardcore act known as Only in Vowels. Experience is not lacking with all five members coming from previous bands encompassing a variety of different styles. Because all the guys' former bands parted around the same time, and they were already friends in the local rock scene, forming Only in Vowels was an easy transition. Established in October of 2005 the band saw a few set backs but took their time and did not rush the process of writing a set of melodic yet at times breakdown heavy, vocally complex songs. OIV is currently recording for their upcoming untitled ep. The Only in Vowels fan base will continue to grow as 2007 brings energetic live performances to numerous locations around Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma & the rest of The South.------------------------------------------------------
