Psychotic Soul Songs

About Me

The Bellevue Bound Crew was assembled in 1991. Primarily a Hip Hop Group on the come up with the likes of Onyx, Cypress Hill, Das EFX, Lords Of The Under Ground, EPMD The Wu-Tang and a slew of other groups that Made Heavy Noise in the early 90's.
Although the Group disbanded officially in 1993' there remains a stain of hope for the once highly anticipated team release from the Lower East Side of New York.
"We've been asked to regroup and record some new joints for the sake of *The Old School* but I'm not sure if we* want to do this just yet," "There are a few solo projects out there that the members have started to work on (The "Mad Man" Scheme) and myself (Mr. Bellevue).
"If we do start work again, it's got to be right or nothing at all! There's a lot of bullshit out there now, we need to bring New York Back."
" We were out there doing our thing on the Lower When Nobody was doing it, when it was known as the L.E.S., Alphabet City, The Ave, The Hill, Smith PJ's, Rutgers, Allen, Baruch, not that 6th Boro Bullshit you see tthese people claiming"
" I never acknowledged the Lower as the 6th Boro ever, WE ARE THE FIRST BORO! YOU HEAR THAT!?" "Redman Claimed New Jersey as the 6th Boro way back. Thats his claim, we are and always will be the first Boro! If you want to get technically New York was once broken into what they called Wards in the 1800's, 1-2-3-4-5th Wards etc, if you want to claim something do that! Learn your History teach another!" "We are historically known as the 7th WARD*"
With the lack of exposure the Lower East Side may have gone unnoticed if it wasn't for the likes of Rhyme sayers such as Tru-Life, Punchline, Seven Dirty, Pee Da Blame, Raze of 848, Verterans such as Da-Uzi, Durty Rob, Terrah, Bal, and Deemo The Pro, Down Low and others.
"Hopefully we can see a rise from the dust, and have these dudes finally get together and spark a movement, leave the drama at home and get the Lower to what it should have been long ago."
"Back in the early 1980's The Awesome Foursome & Nucleus did it for the L.E.S., why shouldnt we follow up on some real Hip Hop in the 21st?
Bellevue Bound is here to help bring "Real Hip Hop" Back, regain it's Identity for Hardcore, Back Packers & even Crossover Hip Hop, Lets get this right!"
Wise words spoken...
