Formed on September 1991 in the suburbs of Marikina, three individuals from a bmx gang found themselves in a common path. A path that will led themselves in the wasteland of the Underground Music Scene, fueled by passion they formed a band and adopt a sound unique from the Hardcore?Punk dominated scene thus formed DEATH AFTER BIRTH. The band endless pursuit of new sound had given them a reputation as ONE OF THE PIONEERS of Death Metal in the Philippines and aligned themselves with other metal acts that spearheaded the genre in the country such as the legendary Crematorium, Kabaong ni Kamatayan, Barang, Deiphago. Still in this present day Death After Birth exist and still placing it's still unique sound in the Metal scene. Hail to the Great Leaf! Doom on! and above all... ONLY A STONER KNOWS THE FEELING!
