GUILD RULES:__________1. Officer meetings to discuss guild issues will be held once a week. These issues are made to discuss promotions, demotions, problematic issues and officer positions.__________2. Officers will be voted in by a majority vote.__________3. The job of the GM is to regulate and help break ties in votes if an officer is not present.__________4. Everyone’s interest should be towards broadening and advancing the guild to the maximum capability.__________5. Officers can appoint sub-officers as daily temporary solutions to help in BG and keep track of the class situations.__________6. The sub-officers are not subject to vote in the absence of an officer and will not take part in the demoting of any guild members.__________7. If no officers are present in the guild then the next highest ranked individual will become the overall leader until an officer becomes present. (rank is based upon the guild rank given).__________8. The Guild rules are subject to change based upon a 5/8 vote. These rules can be therefore altered, added to or completely taken out.__________9. The guild will contain and be limited to only lvl 10-19 character.__________10. Most guild BG runs will take place hourly starting at 2:00pm server time with an officer in control and alternating the leadership position.__________11. All officers must contain and update a detailed documents that keep track of the RANK, LEVELS, PROMOTION, DEMOTION, AND ANY PROBLEMATIC SITUATIONS THE CLASS UNDER THE OFFICERS CONTROL HAS BEEN IN.__________12. Those who do not follow the rules will be given either a warning or depending on the severity of the situation can be demoted, booted or penalized in another way but a majority vote by the officers.__________13. You must be LVL 19 to become a guild officer.__________14. HAVE FUN!!! KICK ASS!!! THIS IS NOT A ONE MAN EFFORT!!!
