We all met in my bedroom and sat and talked for about an hour. This was on a Sunday. We all agreed to meet again the following Sunday. During the interim week they all worked on music that they would bring to the table for that Sundays practice, some of them even worked late into the evening, sometimes until the sun was coming up. It was an exciting time. The agreed upon practice that Sunday fell through. Two of the members of the band drank moonshine the night before. They were highly intoxicated and in no real shape to practice or do much of anything. The whereabouts of the other two members was unknown. The week after the Superbowl three of the four confirmed members of the band met up and had their first practice-one of them had to work on his grandparents toilet, a very reasonable excuse if ever there was one. They practiced upstairs, and drank a weird tea. It went reasonably well. Two of them planned to meet the one who was working on his grandparents toilet that Wednesday so he could see what they had accomplished that Sunday.
