They bring a new sound and a new meaning to the term “Rock and Roll,” adding a new twist on rock with a punk edge.FL has played and sold out every top venue in Los Angeles including the Viper Room, the Troubadour, the Roxy and most recently, headlining the House of Blues. The band has expanded its fan base to Orange County starting a buzz by playing clubs such as Chain Reaction where their obvious interaction with the audience has created an extremely positive impact. Apart from gaining new fans, the group has also caught the eyes of a number of corporate sponsors including Red Bull Energy Drink, Ecko Apparel, Zoo York and Etnies.FL has taken part in the 2003 Warped Tour, has won Battle of the Bands contests, and recently participated in Morpheus’ “Share the Music Tour” which included Audio Karate and Anti-freeze of Kung Fu Records. The tour took the band to major universities from San Diego, California, to Seattle, Washington. A fall college campus tour is also in the planning stages.FL is signed with music industry veteran and manager Gary Nuell, and has also worked with “Scorpions” and “Saga” producer Shay Baby as well as Grammy Award winning Producer Tommy Vicari. They have a self produced CD on Rancho Relaxo Records entitled “FL: What Does That Stand For?” that has been in the top 25 at Tower Records on the Sunset Strip for weeks, peaking at 14.
