I find myself somewhat dull, but then, I've heard it all before ... so maybe it's just me ... or not. I'm not sure that I know, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter. I guess if I thought it did matter, I'd pay more attention, but since I don't, I just dismiss the whole thing as just a freak of nature.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Caught again. I can't think of anyone I'm truly interested in meeting. That's not to say that I wouldn't like to meet anyone ... just that I can't think of anyone in particular that I'd like to meet. I'd be open to meeting almost anyone ... but no single individual inparticular.

Music:

Little Feat, Grateful Dead, Nick Lowe, Devo, Sparks (yeah ... I'm man enough to admit it), Lou Reed, Amazing Rhythm Aces, Robert Cray, Neil Young, Jerry Garcia, Warren Zevon, Michael Nesmith, Leon Russell, Keith Richards (although I'm not a Stones fan), the Who, Leo Kottke, Jackson Browne, John Prine (BIG John Prine fan), and Elvis .... Costello AND Presley.

Movies:

Escapism ... that's what movies are all about. That being said, I like a whole bunch of dismissable flicks. ANY Zatoichi movie will do ... and I'm a big fan of "I Was A Tenneage Zombie". I can also settle down and watch the classics ... John Wayne in the "Searchers" ... "King Kong" (I'll stick with the original, but like the latest remake), "Son of Kong", "Gunga Dinh", "Dawn Patrol", "Charge of the Bengal Lancers", "Frankenstein" (NO ONE can beat Boris Karloff), "High Noon", "Topper" ... okay ... I also like "Holiday Inn" ... but I don't speak o that much.

Heroes:

Zatoichi ... I admire his way of life and the clarity of his vision.

Okay ... so like every so often, I fall into the trap of believing I have the ability to demonstrate some intelligence. But then, I also have these moments of complete and utter stupidity ... moments ...
