About Me

I'm 52 years old, born 6/17/53, and I am 5'3" with appealing curves. My hair is short and red, and sometimes so is my temper, but I cool off fast and am a loyal loving friend. I am old fashioned and romantic and would love to be in a committed relationship with an honest and compassionate man. It would be great if he were nice looking, too. I have an "offbeat" sense of humor and I laugh too loud. I am college educated with some common sense and I can be practical, if absolutely necessary. However, I have been told by family I have kitchen issues, in other words, I am not a good cook. I'm all thumbs and they are usually burned. I have been called sweet. Maybe, because, I love chocolate!

My Interests

Hunting for treasures at the flea market. Antiques and decorative arts. Gardening and floral design. Historic home design, too. Our family dog, Gigi, a sweet Shih tsu. Tiffany and Boo, the cats, and Sugar Belle, the bunny. Walking everyday. Talking to and seeing friends. Scrapbooking and making greeting cards. I like to read anything by Deborah Smith, Janet Evanovich, Karen Robards, Sophie Kinsella, and Jane Austen. Last, but not least, I love my niece who is a constant source of laughter, joy and life!

I love movie soundtracks, especially musicals from the 1950's through Moulin Rouge and Phantom of the Opera. I also like Shakira, Pink, Gwen Stefani, and Andrea Bocelli.
