"FORTUNE FAVORS THE BOLD" It's what I live by now. There isn't really much I can say other than I have a new-found appreciation for life. I've learned to love the people around me and value what they bring to your life because you never know when they'll be gone. I love my family, my girl, and my friends. I've learned that you have to let go of things that happend to you in the past, whether it's a bad childhood, a drug addict mother, or a broken heart. Let go of the pain and animosity, but never let go of the lesson. The lesson will keep you sharp so that you'll know next time, but the pain will eat at you and make you unhappy. I've seen two spectrums of life. I've lived in crack houses and been in houses that belong on cribs. I've been able to meet, talk to and even call a friend someone that I watched on TV growing up. Someone that I wanted to be like. Someone that seemed to me when I was younger, to be too big to be a human. But, even though the world sees him as a star, he still has a disire to better himself. That's how I wanna be. I stopped feeling sorry for myself. I realized that I'm one lucky motherfucka. I have a girlfriend that is an angel. Sometimes I think she believe's in me more than I believe in myself. She has a heart of gold and the strength of her mother. (Her mother is wonderful by the way) One day I'm gonna marry her, and make her feel like the queen she is. I have the best friends any man can have, but my best friend consistantly goes above and beyond his duties. Everyone should be so fortunate to have a friend like him. I'm inspired by many people but few inspire me like my homeboy. I have the most beautiful sisters in the world. My sisters are the most gansterest chicks in the world, but they all are so beautiful. No, I'm serious... MY SISTERS ARE DIMES!!! My nephews are crazy man. Sometimes I wish I could re-grow up with them because I know they have fun. I got a second family that raised me when I had no where else to go. Treated me like family, and I got something I always wanted, a big brother. And last but certianly not least, I have a mother that'a a survivor. Even when my mother was an addict she still had a winning spirit and a joyful demeanor. Call her silly, but what she has gone through you'd be lucky to laugh through. I have my name because of her. I am strong because of her. I live because of her. Love you Ma. So that's it. That's all about me...but there is more coming. Yeah I'm pretty lucky.
