What can I say about me...
I'm a strong, yet sensitive, creative woman who loves anyone who is real. I try to always keep it real myself, in anything I do in life. I find that's the key to happiness. The problem is, everyone you come in contact with does not have that same mentality. So instead of letting that get me down, I just try to be true to who I am.
I love communitive people who are good listers and good sharers. *Is that a word? lol* I love the peaceful things in life. Reading, writing, which I do for a living. I love quiet walks, although I rarely find the time or space for that anymore:( I love soft music and a good romantic movie or thriller. I love black history and I love my black people. I always say I should have been an adult during the black panther days because for sure I would have been one of those afro-wearing sistas; fist in the air, screaming POWER TO THE PEOPLE! LOL
That being true, I also love all people, regardless of race. I just have a little more love for my own *wink*
I'm the type of person who gives a hundred percent of myself, and I expect the same from all my friends in return. I don't like a lot of drama in my life. I've had enough drama to last me forever. Although being an highly emotional person I've found that I myself am a work in progress. But if we never felt emotions, good and bad, that would mean we are dead, right?
