First, and foremost, i am a naturalist. I believe in organic farming and organic raising of livestock. Organic means no chemicals, ie: chemical fertilizers, pesticides, sterriods or such. I believe that plants have the power to heal the many ailments we have but since the powers that be can not patent a plant, they push poisons on us to ensure their place in the fortune 500 magazine. I abide by no laws other than the laws of nature and humanity.
Second, i am a socialist. I believe in order to live at peach with each other and nature we need take down the governmental infrastructures of our society and build anew. I believe in the rights and freedoms of EVERYONE, no exceptions, and the equal distribution of wealth, power, and health care.
Third, i am a pagan. This means that i worship the earth that birthed me and nourished me throughout my lifetime. She is what we all come from and what we all must return to. She cradles us in our infancy and nourishes us. I believe that she should be revered as the goddess she is.
Fourth, i am a lesbian. I know that straight people supposedly don't run around going on about how they're straight but let me just make a small point: A woman can go on about her husband, fiancé or boyfriend and a man can go on about his wife, fiancé, or girlfriend in any public arena they see fit, however, if i talk about my girlfriend at work i can be fired for it. That is not equality and until gay people are equal i will wear my rainbow proudly on my ever visible sleeve.
